一般描述

克拉维酸钾是奥沙那南的衍生物,属于β-内酰胺酶抑制剂。它可与青霉素类抗生素联合使用,使它们对β-内酰胺酶产生耐药性。

应用

该分析标准品可用于:
  • 利用毛细管电泳(CE)结合电容耦合非接触式电导检测法,对药物制剂中的阿莫西林和克拉维酸钾(C4D)同时进行分析
  • 建立一种稳定性指示的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,并结合质谱(MS)技术,测定阿莫西林、克拉维酸钾及其杂质在其联合剂型中的含量
