General description

Application
该分析标准品可用于：

- 建立一种稳定性指示的高效液相色谱（HPLC）法，并结合质谱（MS）技术，测定阿莫西林、克拉维酸钾及其杂质在其联合剂型中的含量
- 使用紫外分光光度法对克拉维酸钾和阿莫西林三水合物在其原料药、联合片剂制剂和人类尿液样本中进行残留分析
- 利用基于HPLC法的二极管阵列检测器（DAD），在静脉注射的同时测定美罗培南和克拉维酸钾及其降解杂质的含量
- 利用毛细管区带电泳法（CZE），测定联合市售出制剂中阿莫西林和克拉维酸的含量
