Quality Level
General description
GDS DNA Swab Resuspension Buffer Tq is a requisite recommended for the labs to have onsite, in case of a contamination event. Improper handling and disposal of used Assurance® GDS amplification tubes may result in DNA amplicon contamination of laboratory work surfaces and equipment. As a preventive measure, it is recommended to perform periodic sampling for DNA contamination. GDS DNA Swab Resuspension Buffer Tq is transferred to the appropriate amplification tubes for all Assurance® GDS assays (except Listeria spp. and Listeria monocytogenes).

GDS DNA Swab Resuspension Buffer Tq is used during environmental sampling for DNA contamination.
