General description
氯菊酯属于拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂。
Application
氯菊酯可作为分析参考标准，测定以下样品中的氯菊酯：
- 初榨橄榄油，采用液-液萃取法(LLE)或低温沉淀，然后进行Sep-Pak氧化铝-N柱净化，通过气相色谱法(GC-ECD)分析，配备电子俘获检测器(GC-ECD)。
- 全血样本，采用电子电离GC -质谱联用(MS)，在选定离子监测(SIM)模式下工作。
- 番茄样品提取物，采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)和柱后光衍生化-乙腈化学发光检测。
- 水样，采用超声辅助乳化萃取法(UAEE)和GC-负离子化学电离法(NCI)、MS。
- 苹果汁样品，采用基质固相分散法(MSPD)和GC-MS。
