青霉素G(Penicillin G)是源自肺炎链球菌(Streptococcus pneumoniae)的窄谱抗生素。 可用于治疗A、B、C和G族链球菌、非肠球菌类D族链球菌、草绿色链球菌和不产青霉素酶的链球菌。 钾盐形式已用于研究葡萄球菌的胞壁体(murosome)以及青霉素诱导的变形链球菌裂解。

Biochem/physiol Actions

作用机制：青霉素G通过与青霉素结合蛋白(PBP)结合抑制肽聚糖链交联，从而抑制细胞壁合成。

抗菌谱：本品具有抗革兰氏阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌活性。

Disclaimer

溶液应过滤除菌，2-8℃可储存1周，-20°C可保存更长时间。 溶液在 37°C 下可稳定保存 3 天。 钠盐形式可以100 mg/mL溶于水。
