General description

营养培养基是用于要求不苛刻的微生物的通用基础培养基。肉类提取物、酵母提取物和蛋白胨为生长提供氮、维生素、氨基酸和碳。氯化钠保证渗透压平衡。因此，在加入血液时，作为补充的血细胞就不会破裂。加入10%的不同生物液体，如血液、血清和蛋黄，使其适合培养相关的苛养生物体。根据Gray等人的研究，添加0.05%的亚碲酸钾使营养液成为优良的 单核细胞增生李斯特菌富集培养基。

我们现提供两种类型的培养基：GranuCult®优质颗粒状培养基和NutriSelect®高性价比粉末状培养基，满足用户不同层次的需求。
