一般描述

棕榈油酸（C16:1, n-7, POA）属于天然omega-7单不饱和脂肪酸，大量存在于植物油和鱼油中。顺式-棕榈油酸已知用于支持葡萄糖和脂质代谢。
此物质被列入欧盟（EU）10/2011号法规关于拟与食品接触的塑料的白名单中。

应用

本分析标准品也可以适用于以下情况：

  • 通过大体积进样（LVI）气相色谱联用真空紫外光谱（GC-VUV），同时识别和定量分析血浆样品甲基化后的脂肪酸
  • 基于无衍生气相色谱-火焰离子化检测法(GC-FID)，对油酸及其它相关脂肪酸进行多残留分析
