General description

2-甲基-1-丙醇可通过烯烃与燃料气体混合物的加氢甲酰基化获得，尤其是用一氧化碳作为主要反应物。

2-甲基-1-丙醇/异丁醇是潜在的生物燃料，可通过酿酒酵母以甘氨酸为底物的甘氨酸降解途径而获得。也可通过大肠杆菌的二糖——纤维二糖酸(CBA)降解获得，大肠杆菌的纤维二糖酸代谢主要由ascB基因负责。

Application

2-甲基-1-丙醇可用作分析参考标准品，用于通过气相色谱-光纤(GC-OF)技术对环境样品中的分析物进行定量分析，所得分析结果与气相色谱-火焰离子检测器(GC-FID)法结果进行比较。它还可用作分析参考标准品，通过毛细胞气相色谱(GC)-冷冻柱箱捕集（冷阱捕集）技术定量分析生物体液中的分析物（亚硝酸烷基酯分解产物）。
