一般描述

芥子酸是酚酸的一种类型从苯丙氨酸上脱去氨基,用苯丙氨酸解氨酶催化形成肉桂酸。羟基肉桂酸的前体是苯环羟基化后生成的。生成的前体之一是芥子酸。

应用

芥子酸适合作为高效液相色谱测定油菜籽提取物中芥子酸衍生物的酚性标准品, 10 g/L 的芥子酸溶剂溶液适合作为紫外激光解吸质谱法测定蛋白质的基质。也适用于作为 MALDI-TOFMS 和 MALDI-离子迁移-TOFMS 的基质,以测定组织中的磷脂。
