Application

FixCat PF₆ is highly active for heterogeneous olefin metathesis. The catalyst can be used in metathesis of water-insoluble substrates in ′′classical′′ organic solvents and can be used in reactions in ionic liquids. FixCat PF₆ is efficient in RCM (ring closing metathesis) macrocyclization in more concentrated reaction mixtures.
