General description
胰蛋白胨是用蛋白酶胰蛋白酶消化酪蛋白而产生的一种通用蛋白胨。用于大多数细菌、真菌和一些原生动物的培养。酪蛋白是牛奶的主要蛋白质,也是含氮营养素(在氨基酸中)的丰富来源。该蛋白胨推荐用于分析微生物学和工业发酵中的培养基。
Application
可以开发来自酶促酪蛋白消化物的胰蛋白胨,用于分子遗传培养基,例如-NZCYM、NZYM和NZM肉汤。富集的NZ培养基可用于:-
- 培养大肠埃希菌的重组菌株
- 繁殖theta噬菌体
