应用

BME 适用于在聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳前还原蛋白质二硫键,通常用于 SDS-PAGE 的样品缓冲液,浓度为 5%。 切割分子间(亚基之间)二硫键允许蛋白质的亚基在 SDS-PAGE 上独立分离。 切割分子内(亚基内)二硫键可使亚基完全变性,从而使每个肽根据其链长迁移,而不受二级结构的影响。
