Application

4-(2-氨乙基)苯磺酰氟盐酸盐(AEBSF)已用作:
  • 血浆样品中的蛋白酶抑制剂,以防止酰基化胃饥饿素(AG)降解
  • SVSP抑制或AEBSF测定中的蛇毒丝氨酸蛋白酶(SVSP)抑制剂,以测定SVSP的参与度对纤维蛋白原凝血活性的影响
  • NP-40裂解缓冲液的组分,以重悬细胞微球制备细胞裂解物

建议使用浓度为 0.1 至 1mM。

Biochem/physiol Actions

4-(2-氨乙基)苯磺酰氟盐酸盐(AEBSF)是一种不可逆丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂。抑制常数与苯甲磺酰氟(PMSF)和二异丙基氟磷酸(DFP)相似。 经证实,AEBSF可抑制胰蛋白酶、胰凝乳蛋白酶、纤溶酶、激肽释放酶和凝血酶。作为PMSF和DFP的替代品,AEBSF具有较低的毒性,并提高了在水中的溶解性和水溶液中的稳定性。AEBSF可用于浓度高达0.25 mM的细胞培养。
AEBSF可抑制乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)。
