General description
N-Z-Case® Tryptone is an enzymatic digest of casein. It is used as a source of peptides and amino acids in microbial culture media. This pancreatic digest of casein acts as a rich nutrient source, supplying nitrogen, vitamins, and minerals essential for microbial growth in various biotechnological applications. Peptone from casein supports the growth of fastidious microorganisms, providing organic nitrogen, peptides, and amino acids necessary for the culture of a broad spectrum of microorganisms.
