一般描述

IV型胶原酶(Cls IV)属于哺乳动物细胞外中性金属蛋白酶家族成员。消化基底膜的主要组成成分——IV型胶原蛋白。
该产品与Biochrom GmbH部件号C4-22和C4-28相同。由胶原酶、梭菌蛋白酶混合而成的酶,具有胰蛋白酶和蛋白水解活性。推荐用于分离朗格汉斯岛。比活度为每毫克粉末物质125至250 Mandl单位。

应用

IV型胶原酶(Cls IV)用途:
  • 作为杜氏改良Eagle培养基(DMEM)/F12组分,用于消化来自体外受精(IVF)患者的子宮內膜标本
  • 用于胶原酶肝脏灌流法分离大鼠肝细胞
  • 用于分离大鼠肾小球内皮细胞(GEndCs)
