Biochem/physiol Actions
水杨酸甲酯在水果成熟中起重要作用。已知其可吸引虫害天敌。水杨酸甲酯可抑制李子和番茄中的氨基环丙烷羧酸合成酶(ACC合成酶)和氨基环丙烷羧酸氧化酶(ACC氧化酶)活性,也可抑制真菌感染和减轻石榴等水果的冷害症状。这种冬青油在烟草行业中是极受欢迎的香味剂。具有刺激性 和抗炎作用。
General description
水杨酸甲酯(MeSA)是由植物自然释放的虫害诱导挥发物。天然存在于树木、荚果、外来植物、蔬菜和浆果中,是冬青油的主要成分。水杨酸甲酯由水杨酸生产。
