Application

Biochem/physiol Actions
烟酸参与烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NAD+)生产，后者则被用于线粒体氧化磷酸化生产三磷酸腺嘌呤(ATP)。它还会减少肝脏生产的极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)和载脂蛋白B (apo-B)。烟酸缺乏会导致糙皮病。
