General description
SpheriCal™ is a dendrimer-based MALDI calibration kit providing 4 monodisperse mass signals per kit for efficient, highly accurate calibration. By combining excellent long-term stability with evenly-spaced calibration points, SpheriCal™ helps users increase the frequency and quality of their MALDI-MS calibrations. With a shelf life of years and each kit offering at least 100 calibrations, SpheriCal™ offers a reliable and accurate calibration across a large mass range, without the shelf-life and storage issues associated with protein or peptide-based systems.

SpheriCal™ Aqua Mix is ideal for calibration with aqueous systems commonly used in life sciences. As calibration standard, matrix and counter ion are pre-mixed in optimized ratios, SpheriCal™ Aqua Mix dramatically expedites sample preparation for calibration in minutes. SpheriCal™ Mix is pre-formulated with DHB, a commonly used matrix in the analysis of peptides, proteins, phospholipids, nucleotides and polar synthetic polymers. Each vial of SpheriCal™ Aqua Mix contains sufficient calibration standard for over 100 calibration spots.
