General description
10X Tris-EDTA或TE缓冲液有两种成分。Tris缓冲液是一种常用的稳定、无毒、不吸湿的缓冲液。此外，乙二胺四乙酸（EDTA），一种金属螯合剂，与阳离子金属离子结合，进一步使需要金属离子激活的DNA酶失活。它的pH值范围为7.9-8.1。

Preparation Note
