General description
叔丁基甲基醚是一种汽油添加剂。测试了其通过丙烷氧化细菌菌株进行的氧化降解。在多个pH、温度、氧化剂浓度和离子强度水平下研究了其热辅助过硫酸盐氧化的动力学。其生物降解符合准一级衰变模型,对其准一级速率常数进行了评估。MTBE可通过甲醇和异丁烯之间的酸催化反应合成。研究表明,MTBE的加入增加了丙烯聚合过程中停流法测得的活性位点数。
