Endothelial Cell Serum-Free, Growth Factor-Free Medium without Phenol Red (500 ml)

A proprietary medium developed to induce morphological differentiation of CADMEC^™ in Attachment Factor Solution coated tissue culture ware in 50% confluent culture. This medium induces CADMEC^™ to form cord-like structures in 48 hours. These differentiated cells will resume their cobblestone morphology when switched back to CADMEC^™ Growth Medium. It is supplemented with defined components to allow angiogenesis studies on the Attachment Factor-coated tissue culture ware without the interference of undefined components in Matrigel.
