General description
CD31，或称血小板-内皮细胞粘附分子-1（PECAM-1），是一种血管细胞粘附和信号传导分子，在维持内皮细胞连接处的血管通透性障碍方面起一定作用。CD31 的免疫组织化学检测表明其在非肿瘤和肿瘤血管内皮细胞中的细胞质和细胞膜表达，包括血管源性肿瘤，如血管瘤和血管肉瘤。
