General description

Added to Basal Medium to create Growth Medium
Human endothelial cell growth supplement is added to the basal medium to create growth medium. The complete growth medium (equivalent to Cat# 211-500) is optimized and best-suited for angiogenesis and other physiological studies.

Application

Endothelial Cell Growth Supplement (15ml) has been used as a supplement for culturing:
  • human type II alveolar cells
  • human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC)
  • human pulmonary artery endothelial cells (HPAECs)
