General description
CEA（癌胚抗原）抗体主要用作区分腺癌和恶性上皮样间皮瘤的工具，常与其他标志物配合使用，包括钙网膜蛋白、CK 5&6、CD15、HBME-1、MOC-31和Ber-EP4。 建议还可将CEA抗体与一系列不同的标志物联用，对各种转移性腺癌进行免疫分型，确定其原发灶。肺、结肠、胃、食道、胰腺、胆囊、脐尿管、唾液腺、卵巢和内子宫颈的腺癌均呈CEA抗体阳性。多克隆性癌胚抗原可用于肝细胞癌中的胆小管染色。
