General description
EX-CELL® 325 PF CHO是一种不含蛋白质的介质，这是为中国仓鼠卵巢(CHO)细胞的生长而研发的。由于其不含大分子物质，EX-CELL 325 PF CHO有利于从细胞中分离纯化分泌蛋白。在EX-CEL 302无血清培养基中繁殖的CHO细胞可以直接转移到这种无蛋白培养基中，而不需要大量的断食方案。该培养基不含 L-谷氨酰胺，也不含嘌呤或嘧啶，为特异性CHO细胞系(即谷氨酰胺合成酶，或GS系统™和DHFR- 选择系统)提供合适的培养基)。
Preparation Note
使用前，每升培养基无菌加入20-40 ml的200 - 160#160;mM L-谷氨酰胺溶液。
每升介质含21.0克粉末。
