General description
磷脂酰肌醇蛋白聚糖3（GPC3）是一种膜结合硫酸肝素蛋白聚糖，可参与细胞生长和分化。GPC3的表达见于大多数肝细胞癌（HCC），但是在非肿瘤肝组织中非常少见，这使其成为有用的HCC标记物。此外，这种标记物在许多卵黄囊瘤中表达。
