General description
Atto 540Q is a new quencher for fluorescence characterized by high molecular absorption (105.000). Atto 540Q is characterized by a high photostability and thermostability. It is moderately hydrophilic, and soluble in polar solvents as DMF or DMSO.
Application
Atto 540 Q is suitable for preparation of fluorescence quenching reagents and the study of its physicochemical properties.
