Application

Biochem/physiol Actions
南极假丝酵母脂肪酶 A 对酒精具有高度特异性,并酯化脂肪酸的反式异构体。CalA 识别高度支化的酰基,并在具有位阻的醇上具有活性。CalA 催化对映异构体氨基酸的生产,并有助于手性氰醇的合成。热稳定性适合造纸行业使用。南极假丝酵母脂肪酶A(CAL-A)具有乙酰转移酶活性,可在水相环境中用醇和天然油合成脂肪酸酯。
