一般描述

芒柄花素是一种O-甲基化异黄酮,是植物雌激素。它见于许多豆科植物、不同种类三叶草(主要是红三叶草),是黄芪(Astragalus membranaceus)中发现的主要黄酮类化合物之一。

应用

芒柄花素已用作:
  • 参考标准品,以使用液相色谱-光电二极管阵列-高分辨率质谱(LC-PDA-HRMS)技术研究藏红花柱头提取物中多种代谢物的出口。
  • 植物雌激素异黄酮,以利用化学发光法在仿生环境下测试植物雌激素异黄酮的抗氧化作用

生化/生理作用

异黄酮在红三叶草中发现。可通过(至少部分通过)诱导肠粘膜中滋养体的分离,有效对抗 贾第鞭毛虫 的感染。
芒柄花素具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗高脂血症和保护心脏的作用。它显示出抗糖尿病特性,已知对 2 型糖尿病肾病有效。芒柄花素是一种著名的抗癌和化疗药物,用于癌症治疗。它还具有抗菌、神经保护和抗高血压的特性。
