蜡样芽孢杆菌青霉素酶既是细胞外酶又是细胞结合酶。它具有单条多肽链,分子量为31 kDa。它在蛋白质序列中缺乏半胱氨酸。
应用
蜡样芽孢杆菌产青霉素酶,可用于制备安培检测青霉素水解的生物传感器
