FS6-14.13 Ag2.1 cell line

This cell line is a stable T cell hybridoma which, when stimulated with concanavalin A, produces IL-2. The cell surface markers include Thy1.2 and H-2b products.

NOTE: Both the cell line and DNA from the cell line may be available for this product. Please choose -1VL or VIAL for cells, or -DNA-5UG for DNA.

Maintain cultures between 2-6 x 100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37 °C.

RPMI 1640 + 2 mM glutamine + 1 mM Sodium Pyruvate (NaP) + 10% Horse Serum (HS).
