Tracy 645 Protein Labeling Kit

This kit contains sufficient amounts of reactive dye, buffers, and protein purification sets for performing five labeling reactions (1 mg protein each) and for the subsequent purification of the labeled protein.

Tracy 645 is a NIR fluorescent dye that is highly water-soluble and stable. The spectral range above 650 nm is of particular interest in biology analysis and imaging due to the reduced background and improved sensitivity.
