生化/生理作用
内消旋DAP的立体异构体。meso-DAP是许多细菌细胞壁中必需氨基酸L-赖氨酸和肽聚糖成分的生物合成前体。由于在哺乳动物生物化学中未观察到这些功能,因此α,α′-二氨基二酸(DAD)作为具有低哺乳动物毒性的潜在抗生素而受到关注。
