生化/生理作用
L-抗坏血酸(维生素 C) 在植物和动物中具有抗氧化性质。 在植物中,它可促进多个细胞过程,如生长、程序性细胞死亡、病原体反应、激素反应、开花和衰老,并防止环境压力。抗坏血酸是多种酶反应中的还原剂,可减少氧化应激。L-抗坏血酸盐可以抑制 N-亚硝基化合物引起的诱变。维生素缺乏导致坏血病、牙龈炎、滤泡周围出血、伤口愈合不良、瘀点和瘀斑。
