应用
钒基核糖核苷复合物已被用于杂交混合物用于RNA原位杂交。
钒基核糖核苷复合物(VDR)是一类过渡态类似物,可与多种RNase的活性位点结合而抑制其活性。由于RNase不会被复合物进行共价修饰,因此VDR必须被用于RNA提取和纯化的每个阶段。然而,VDR还可抑制RNA聚合酶和体外翻译,因此必须将其从最终RNA制备产物中去除。
生化/生理作用
钒基核糖核苷复合物在金黄色葡萄球菌中具有阻断核糖体亚基形成的能力。该复合物具有抗微生物活性 这些复合物也能作为多种不带有核糖核酸酶活性的酶抑制剂。
