General description
Atto 647 是一种两性离子染料，净电荷为零。本品对 pH 敏感。虽然在 pH 8.5 时基本稳定，但在 pH 较高时缓慢降解。Atto 647 是一种新标记物，具有较高的分子吸收 (120,000) 和量子产率 (0.20)，并且在激发和发射最大值之间有足够的斯托克斯位移。Atto 647 具有高光稳定性和高亮度的特点。此外，该标记物水溶性好，三联体形成能力低。
Application
