应用

生化/生理作用
在小分子底物中，组织蛋白酶 B 优先裂解在 Arg-Arg 键的碳氧酰基侧。已证明组织蛋白酶 B 可降解 β-淀粉样前体蛋白变成无害的片段 。抑制组织蛋白酶 B 可以限制乳腺癌骨转移 。
已发现组织蛋白酶 B 可裂解前半胱天冬酶 1 和前半胱天冬酶 11，并诱导洋地黄皂苷透化细胞凋亡。组织蛋白酶 B 从细胞质转位至细胞核有助于胆盐诱导大鼠肝细胞凋亡。PC12 细胞在凋亡诱导后 12~24 小时，组织蛋白酶 B 的水平显著降低。
