General description

Application
绿色荧光蛋白 (GFP) N端抗体（小鼠单抗）可用于：蛋白印迹、酶联免疫吸附测定 (ELISA)、免疫荧光标记。
Biochem/physiol Actions
绿色荧光蛋白 (GFP) 是独特的细胞和分子生物学研究工具，用于监测活细胞中的基因表达和蛋白定位。维多利亚多管发光水母的水母素发光蛋白会发出蓝光，其激发能量可被GFP吸收转换，重新释放出绿光。
该抗体与 GFP 融合蛋白发生特异性反应。
Physical form
0.01M 磷酸缓冲盐溶液，pH 7.4，含 15mM 叠氮化钠。
Preparation Note
若需连续使用，可在2-8 °C下保存最长一个月。若需延长储存时间，可将溶液分装并在-20 °C下冷冻。不建议反复冻融。如果长期储存时出现轻微浑浊，请在使用前通过离心澄清溶液。稀释的工作溶液在12小时后应当被丢弃。
