应用

组分

凝胶上样缓冲液含有0.25％溴酚蓝、0.25％二甲苯蓝和40％蔗糖。

其他说明

预期条带迁移如下：
在聚丙烯酰胺凝胶上，二甲苯氰基可与大约450-460bp的DNA共迁移，而溴酚蓝与15-100bp的DNA共迁移。在0.5-1.4％琼脂糖凝胶上，二甲苯氰基可与4kb dsDNA共迁移，而溴酚蓝则与300bp dsDNA共迁移。
