一般描述
凝胶上样溶液在电泳期间可用作跟踪染料。染料具有轻微的负电荷，并且与DNA的迁移方向相同，从而使得用户可以监测分子在凝胶中移动的进程。迁移速率随凝胶组成而变化。上样前用样品进行1：6稀释。
应用
