生化/生理作用

3-氨基苯甲酰胺可干扰电离辐射和几种烷基化试剂诱发的DNA链断裂损伤修复，导致细胞死亡、程序外DNA合成和修复复制增加。它可抑制核酶多聚（ADP-核糖）合成酶(PARS)的活性。3-氨基苯甲酰胺具有抵抗心肌再灌注损伤和局部炎症的保护作用。
