源于黑曲霉 (Aspergillus niger) 的淀粉葡萄糖苷酶用于释放南极蠓幼虫匀浆中的葡萄糖。它在混合消化酶液中用于淀粉消化。

生化/生理作用

来自黑曲霉（Aspergillus niger）的淀粉葡萄糖苷酶能够水解低聚糖的 α-D-(1-4)、α-D-(1-6)和α-D-(1-3)糖苷键。

单位定义

在pH 4.5、55 °C条件下，一单位酶在3 min内可从淀粉中释放出1.0 mg葡萄糖。

外形
