应用

腺苷-5′′-O-硫代单磷酸酯(5'-AMPS)是一种5′-O-硫代磷酸酯，可与腺苷5′-O-(2-硫代二磷酸酯)和腺苷5′-O-(3-硫代三磷酸酯)一起作为磷酸水解酶的抑制剂。AMPS是平滑肌内皮胞外-5′-核苷酸酶的底物。5′APMS是大鼠多形核(PMN)白细胞中5-脂氧合酶活性的刺激物。组氨酸三联体核苷酸结合蛋白1（HINT-1）磷酰胺酶可将核苷-5′-O-硫代磷酸酯（如5′-AMPS）转化为核苷5′-O-磷酸酯。
