一般描述

应用
推荐用于抗体和蛋白质缀合的高比活性等级。
碱性磷酸酶可用于酪蛋白和其他蛋白质的去磷酸化。碱性磷酸酶还可用于 DNA 或 RNA 的 5′-末端的去磷酸化,以防止自我连接。经碱性磷酸酶的去磷酸化作用后,DNA 或 RNA 还可被放射性标记磷酸盐标记(通过 T4 多核苷酸激酶)。
生化/生理作用
该酶对醇类、胺类、焦磷酸盐以及酚类的磷酸酯具有广泛的特异性。常用于蛋白质和核酸的去磷酸化。
