Application

EAC以25mg/ml溶解于水。因为是纤溶酶抑制剂,它被用在纤维蛋白酶分析凝血缓冲液。缓冲液是10mM磷酸钾和磷酸钠,pH6.4,再加上0.20gCaCl2, 5g 6-氨基己酸,1g叠氮化钠和9g氯化钠,都溶解在1升体系里。缓冲液在室外下无限期稳定。

Biochem/physiol Actions
