General description
腺嘌呤半硫酸盐可用作基本培养基和酵母提取物葡萄糖、蛋白胨和腺嘌呤（YPAD）培养基的成分用于酵母培养。
Application
腺嘌呤半硫酸盐已被用作原生质体培养的培养基D和培养基SP的成分。
腺嘌呤可用作植物细胞培养添加剂。在 Murashige&Skoog 培养基中添加 25 mg/L 的硫酸腺嘌呤，可提高植株的多次发芽频率，恢复叶片的褪绿症状。
