Biochem/physiol Actions

酰化酶 I 催化 N-乙酰基-L-半胱氨酸和 S-烷基-N-乙酰基-L-半胱氨酸的脱乙酰化。正丁基丙二酸是酰化酶 Ⅰ 的抑制剂。S-烷基-N-乙酰基-L-半胱氨酸与短 (C0-C3) 和不分枝 S-烷基取代已被发现是良好的酰化酶 I 底物。
