General description
Agargel™琼脂凝胶是专利所有产品，是琼脂和Phytagel的混合物。 Phytagel植物凝胶旨在用于代替琼脂和其他用于植物组织培养的凝胶剂。Phytagel已被证明是香蕉幼苗微繁殖中组织培养级琼脂的优质替代品。一般工作浓度为3.5-5.0 g/L。
Application
Agargel™琼脂凝胶已用于：
- 作为胶凝剂凝固B5培养基，研究不同浓度的胶凝剂对鳄梨体细胞胚成熟的影响
- 作为Murashige和Skoog基础培养基(BM)组分，培养蜘蛛香(V. jatamansi)来源的顶芽和腋芽
- 水培溶液凝固，培养拟南芥(Arabidopsis thaliana)
