Biochem/physiol Actions
阿非迪霉素特异性抑制负责DNA复制的DNA聚合酶α。还可抑制植物和酵母的α样DNA聚合酶，但不抑制RNA和蛋白质的合成。阿非迪霉素特异性竞争DNA聚合酶α的dCTP特异性结合位点。阿非迪霉素具有抗病毒和抗有丝分裂作用。可将细胞周期阻滞在S期。已证明其可诱导HeLa细胞凋亡。
