General description

ANTI-FLAG® M1琼脂糖亲和凝胶由纯化的IgG2B单克隆抗体和琼脂糖共价连接而成。

Application

用于纯化N末端FLAG融合蛋白。由于结合过程不依赖Ca2+,蛋白质能采用含EDTA的缓冲液洗脱,也可以使用FLAG多肽或甘油-HLC缓冲液(pH3)通过标准方法洗脱。ANTI-FLAG M1不会和Met-FLAG融合蛋白结合,所以这种树脂不适合纯化未加工处理的细胞质表达融合蛋白。

该亲和凝胶可用于N末端FLAG融合蛋白的钙介导纯化。
