应用
底物比色测定乙酰胆碱酯酶活性 。
碘化乙酰硫胆碱已作为底物用于制备乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)活性测定工作液。它也被用作胆碱酯酶测定的磷酸盐缓冲液(PB)组分。
